Townsend Interests, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Michael M. Townsend, who also serves as the Director and President, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Services.

Michael M. Townsend, Director & President
Experience makes all the difference and Mr. Townsend brings this with him. He started his commercial real estate career at Gerald Hines in property management and leasing for eight years in the Houston / Galleria market. Later realizing his specialty was in tenant representation, he joined Moody Rambin Interests, served as Senior Vice President and top producer in the Tenant Representation Division for 15 years. His success as top producer was recognized by the Houston Business Journal in 1999-2004 as “Houston Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate.” During this stage of his career he continued to exceed his clients’ expectations on every engagement and added continued value.
Mike offers a unique perspective on commercial real estate transactions from spending most of his career representing landlords and their assets to representing companies and tenants.
Throughout Mike’s amazing career he has leased over 1 million square feet and over 50 million dollars in transactions in Houston, TX and throughout the country.
